Dear Parent or Guardian:


The online registration is a very important part of the registration process.  This is how parents can view the information that has been input on your student’s records, as well as adding any additional contact information that you might like to include.  Please double check phone numbers, addresses and any other information to make sure it is correct.  If it needs updating, please contact the office and we can correct it for you.  This is also how you will add persons that you would like to list as additional emergency contacts.  This part is very important in case we have trouble reaching you in the event of an emergency.  The following instructions are to help you through the online registration process.

*Go to www.tooeleschools.org

*On the blue tab at the top of the page you will see several selection options.  Click on the one that says “families & students”.

*A drop down menu will appear and you will select the bottom choice, “Registration/Enrollment”.

*This will open a new window.  Right under the green “Registration/Enrollment” title choose the first option which says:

*This will take you to the online registration link.

* If you already have a username and password you can enter it and follow the prompts until it asks you if you would like to print a copy.  That is how you will know that it is finished.  Print a copy only if you want to keep a copy for your information.  We do not need one in the office.

* If you haven’t created a username and password, you will click on the “create an Aspire username” that is in the second box on the left.  Follow the prompts.  You will need your student’s lunch number and birthday to create your username and password. 


*If you do not remember your username or need to set, or re-set your password, please call the office and we can assist you.
